Will this with work my 4-stroke lawn mower?

    • +6

No, 2-stroke only because we're burning fat here as fuel and therefore need an additive.

    • +4

Well, it'll be about as much use to that as it would be to you, if that helps.

To be fair keto works pretty well, I used MCT oil all the time when I was on it to make the morning coffee more sustaining.

Keto is terrific, but works much better when people make their own ketones as opposed to drinking them, generally.

Been adding MCT oil to my coffee to get a slow burn of caffeine instead of a hit and decline.
    Works great.
Btw Woolies sells some other brand that's about the same price

    • Sometimes this goes down to $10….I use this for Bulletproof coffee everyday

Suggestions on which butter works best? Looking to start trying options here, I've moved to almond milk but Bullet seems like a better option for keto

        • Having tried a bunch of butters, I now only buy the Woolies house brand.

First time users should also be aware - has great "spring cleaning" abilities. Dont stray far from the dunny for your first few tries!

Thanks OP, that's even cheaper than the NOW foods one we've been getting from iherb. Might pick up a couple of bottles.
