Looks like this is the cheapest base price that this TV has been so far - finally sub-3500 so I’ve pulled the trigger. Click and collect in Brisbane/GC or delivery for $77 elsewhere (bunch of exceptions though, sorry NT, FNQ, regional WA, regional SA, Adelaide & Tas)
Not sure how long this will last. It’s in Videopro’s catalogue for $4770, so it’s probably just at this price while all the others are priced around $4k.
History suggests yes, that is possible. It's one of those things though, if you then wait a couple more months the C10s (or whatever they are going to be called) will be out. Then, if you wait a couple of months they will get cheaper too.. but wait, then the new ones won't be far along.. etc etc
No LCD is comparable to OLED.
Samsung top end QLED are good TVs but LG OLED better.
The difference between QLED and OLED is that with QLED the Q looks like an O from a distance lol
Then when you get closer you realise that QLED is just a souped-up LCD with quantum dots
Willing to wait until later this year to see if it comes around the ~$3,000 mark. Any possibility of that happening?
Also debating whether to go for Samsung Q90R or this since I have had a Samsung 7500 series curved for some time and used to the interface etc. Are these comparable?
