    $1,251.99 $599.00

That before price is BS. You were selling it for $629 discounted from $699 on 9 Sep 2019 20:53:13 GMT according to Google Cache.

    • -2

I have revised the RRP price for a long time. Not only today.

      • You did not. The RRP WAS $699 just 5 days ago.

        • -2

We changed retail price and RRP price according to the requirements of manufacturer and market. I think it's reasonable retail price, maybe not the most cheapest.

          • +1

@[Deactivated]: What manufacturer/market requirements are you referring to that justifies doubling the RRP from $699 to $1,251.99 just 5 days before a sale?

            Have a read: https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/prices-surcharges-receipts…

            What are misleading prices?
            Misleading prices may include:
a ‘before’, ‘was’ or ‘strike through’ price that is not the price those items were sold for in a reasonable period immediately before the sale period started

Your before price was $699. You increased it 5 days before a sale to $1,251.99. That makes it illegal.

          • @[Deactivated]: Sure you did. Good luck with that on OzBargain.

You also could check on ebay.
Seller: superonlinestore RRP AU $1,251.99 Now: AU $705.98
          ozplaza.living RRP AU $1,797.95 Now: AU $649

          • @[Deactivated]: So? We're not complaining of who has the highest RRP. We're pointing out to you that you raised your RRP immediately before a sale.

            • -1

@m9: Because manufacturer increases the price, so we adjusted the price according to other seller, not immediately and not for Ozbargin sale. We signed in Ozbargin in these days, only try to post.

            • -1

@m9: Thank you for your reminder that price adjustments need to be more careful.

  • So glad I got it before the crazy price hike. The first time I've seen a new version increase the price of the old one.

    No deal there

  • Your retail price is misleading and deceptive

Sorry, I use the platform for the first time.I don't unfamiliar the rule.

      • +1

        The rule is be honest.

        • Yes, I think so. Another rule should be most cheapest.

  • Cheaper elsewhere

  • Cheaper elsewhere eg $519.20 at https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/BRAND-NEW-Roborock-S50-Smart-Rob…

This store sounds a bit dishonest.
