Looks like a standard generic product that you have stamped your logo on it and inflated price to $59.95.

Here's exactly same but cheaper one: https://www.amazon.com.au/Antank-Wireless-Charger-Automatic-… - I'm sure it's even cheaper on Aliexpress or similar.

Edit: Looks like you chose not to listen to some of the advice on your other post: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/388763#comment-6126883

Most certainly is the same product. Here's another even with the exact same pictures as yours: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32906322993.html

      You're re-selling a ~$20 item for $60 and offering a 10% discount… That's just insulting.

Well good luck convincing people with that ridiculous markup. Not sure what good the warranty (which you have to provide as seller under AU law) will be to users when the site and all contact disappears. Your last one SuperTechShop clearly didn't last. This is a huge red flag.

@Hybroid: To be fair, he did said "warrenty" and not warranty.

          • @Hybroid: under Australian law it is the sellers choice to provide warranty

            • @ali3881:

That is only for any warranty that is in addition to normal statutory warranty required by law.

Do you think I was born yesterday?

  • Hey thats all well and good but you cant have badly photoshopped pictures.
If you have the item in stock locally get some proper product photography done showing the logo properly at a bare minimum it just doesn't look great.
you said in comments you provide warranty that should be noted nice and clear in the listing and maybe have a page with warranty statement. your product has no real name or model number? just wirless charger? not even something like " In Vent Wirless Car Charger Holder/Stand w/ Auto grip) or something like that.
Also being in the mobile accessory field you've priced up quite high for what is an off the shelf product you've slapped a logo on. In a A grade shopping centre in a nice box? yeh you'd get $50-60 online is much tougher. No SSL. Also no details of actual business on the site, I had to go to your terms and conditions to find an ABN and its a sole trader which no GST rego which means the high price looks even worse now as i cant claim back if I wanted to buy one for a work car per say. Lastly the terms and condition template you haven't deleted the word content everywhere you've put your business name.

Good luck man its a tough market especially having your own site.

edit: just saw a warranty section under the returns page you need to add the " this warranty is in addition to your statutory rights" line. look it up cant remember top of my head.

    • thank you for your comment we will take it into consideration and we are working on profesional photos

also check your product tags they say watch gold womens. I'm guessing left over from the template?
your social media links go nowhere as well. remove them

it needs to look a lot better and everything cleaned up before you launch especially when you post here it here.

As mentioned by others this is basically just a reskinned product at a higher price.

Additionally your website is full of red flags. Here are five I found in a couple of minutes:
    1. The website is highly generic and lacks polish or professionalism (looks like it was put together extremely quickly).
    2. The about us section is full of grammar and punctuation issues.
There is no contact number (only a contact email).
    3. None of the social media links lead anywhere.
    4. Most of the other links on the website aren't even links; they are simply text that you can't click.
    5. The website claims the seller is from Sydney but doesn't provide an address or any other form of proof.

No good reason to purchase from this seller at all.

The website also mentions their employees, but the ABN is for a sole trader.

      Sounds dodgy…

      • I think sole trader just refers to ownership of the entity/ABN, not the number of people employed in the business.

I think sole trader just refers to ownership of the entity/ABN

If you're business is registered as a sole trader, you are not allowed to hire employees or sub-contract out any of your work.
They are very clear about that in the application process.

          • @jv: I don't personally know the answer, but these people seem to disagree.

            • @djkelly69:

I don't personally know the answer

Apply to be sole trader and it explains what you can and can't do in the process.
