  People should be aware that most of these shelf stable/commercially-wide kombucha have probiotics artificially added.

  They pasteurise the kombucha, killing off the original probiotics formed during fermentation and then they add a different set of probiotics which are not formed during the fermentation process.

  Edit: interestingly this one is unpasteurised. Very nice :)
