Unforunately Basement Books doesn't stock Vol 1 as well, but you should be able to get that from Abe Books for just under $16.

This is the paperback version, so cheapest on Booko is about 15+. Still a good deal if it's a book you're intending to buy.

Volume 1 is the only cookbook I have sat down and read through like a normal book. Fantastic stuff.
