I’ve been waiting for the price to come down on this for a little while. Good if you have already got the base game and don’t want to commit to the gold edition.

  Do not get this game if you plan to get Gathering Storm. Gathering Storm has everything Rise and Fall has.

  And:

  Features are included in Gathering Storm DLC.

  With Gathering Storm installed, this DLC only adds new civs. Get it on sale for the extra civs and leaders.

    I would have bought the Civilisations games ages ago, if they didn't have so many different games and add ons, it's too complicated to figure out what you get in which bundle.

      Right now if you want to get everything there is, you buy the Gold Edition + Gathering Storm. That will change though if more DLC releases in the future.

          @BooYa: I wouldn't recommend buying them now though, best wait for a sale when you can get them both for under $50.
