  • What do they taste like?

The picture reminds me of McCain frozen pizza…

    • McCain? Yippiyiya mofo little C’s; They’re our go to for cheap pepperoni. Pretty good imo

    • -1

Very similar to Dominos. Sauce is a tad different.

      • +1

Little Caesars > Dominos. They use Corn flour, and not as much oil.

  • Does this work on the $5 pizzas? Might be worth a train trip if it does.. 2 pizzas for $5 that is unheard of.

    • $5 pizzas is pick-up only. This code is for delivery.

      • Ah gotcha is there a minimum spend for delivery?

        • $35 (minimum $30 of food and a $5 delivery fee)

          • @Terminal: Leichhardt store it’s always been $22 for me and free delivery.

            • @[Deactivated]: nice, wish mine was like that, I could have actually used the voucher :(

I've been let down twice now…

I've been let down twice now…

Wife has a headache again, huh???

  • Little Caesars is on deaths door. They have already started closing stores. There pizza's are pretty decent when fresh and they are good value. Thanks OP. This will be tomorrow's dinner. Trying to eat there a few more times before they shut the Orange Store down

    • Disappointing, I still remembered when it opened just last year and it was running the $5 pizza specials - is it already closing?

      • Bathurst has shut and I know a few at Orange that have been laid off as they never have customers.

        • +1

That's a shame. The Surry Hills branch seems generally busy and quite often on the free delivery promo on uber eats that suggests they do get a fair few orders. Guess it's feeding that Central CBD area.

I do like their deep deep dish with really generous toppings once in a while.

          • @Hybroid: Totally agree. Pizza's are generally very good value. Possible the areas being hit don't have uber eats and that might play a role. They also hit alot of small towns with already a competitive market. They were so busy when they opened, but even being the cheapest with the best amount of pizza for cash, isn't working. Hopefully the city stores pull it through.

Their Bathurst store closed last monday too

    • I hope they don't shut down soon I still want to try their deep dish pizza :(

Can't find any place that does chicago style deep dish pizza anywhere in sydney :(

      • +1

I think you should go look at there "deep dish" it's nothing like your thinking.

        • I know it is no where near the authentic deep dish but as far as Sydney pizza goes it sounds like it would taste more delicious than the standard Sydney pizza.

          • +1

@AlienC: It's not that it's nowhere near… it's not the same thing. They're different categories.

It has the word 'deep', but it doesn't meant deep dish pizza. There is no actual depth, it's just a very very thick pan pizza bread only, think of like double thickness foccacia bread, with toppings sitting on top.

It's literally all bread with the same level and thickness of sauce/toppings as a regular pizza, you're not getting extra cheese or sauce or anything. It's the reason why they're cheaper than the regular pizzas.

The photos might not make that clear, but I've tried them.

    • Hopefully not. They’re planning 12 new stores in the next year.

I also hope they make it. I got to meet the US representative when my local store open. She seemed to not understand the market (she was Canadian) and seemed to think nothing would stop the company as we have nothing like it here. Problem is pizza is a hard market already here and I don't think they have learnt the past lessons of Krispy Kremes or Starbucks. Australian market is one of the hardest in the world to crack. I also visited the Newcastle store a few weeks back (opened same day as Orange NSW) and it was also empty (6pm on a friday). I hope they pull through

  • How long have they been in Oz? Surely not in Vic? Wasn't 2 for 1 their whole selling point, as in "pizza, pizza"?

    • +2

Never thought the pizza pizza in the ad meant two for one.

Been in Oz since Jan 2015.

Pepperoni deep dish is pretty awesome when still piping hot.

    Not that great a deal.

Minimum delivery order is $30 EXCLUDING an extra $5 delivery fee (which has just suddenly appeared in the past week or so) so you HAVE to spend at least $35 for two pizzas.

4 pizzas doesn't work, so you have to fill up the rest of the order with overpriced side dishes or a full priced pizza, at that point you're paying more than the deals they already have and other coupons that exist.

I actually really like the taste of their pizzas but this kind of 'deal' is really insulting and either a completely incompetent marketing department or a way to try and rip people off.

they should change the code to 'wedeliverfor35'

    • Can confirm $22 minimum and no delivery fee, worked Leichhardt NSW.

      • after checking with the store, the minimum and fee is based on distance from the store, anything more than like 5 minutes one way you'll start getting hit with delivery fees and higher minimums.

  • Hopefully they expand and don't fold up.
Parramatta is basically the only store in Sydney besides the CBD and South West.

How do we add codes and coupons on their store page like domino's and pizza hut store page?

    http://www.littlecaesars.com.au/Offers.aspx

Has a couple of good codes that might boost their sales and longevity.
