There's lots of sites that are posted on here that I can't find anything to buy. Should I neg all of them?
Yes precisely otherwise what is the point of. Ozbargain
But that is only your personal opinion based on what you need or want to buy. The 15% off sitewide could have helped others save some money if they have already found something they want to buy. Unless there is a price jack otherwise the deal posted seems to meet all the posting guidelines and not worth negging.
Deal posts that reference a sale, catalogue or store but don't provide enough information to find at least one bargain, may be unpublished. Deal posts that contains ambiguous or non descriptive titles such as 'up to 50% off sale', 'big clearance' or 'sale' may be unpublished unless specific items & prices are mentioned within the deal description OR a dedicated offer/discount such as '50% off sale' is present (preferably in the title).
So the Puma "up to 60% off" post was unpublished but this "15% off storewide" post is okay.
Personally, I think both are fine, especially because the Puma post linked to the sale items and this post doesn't, but rules are rules.

ended up shopping in CRC UK with 10% clearance items off + $20AUD first purchase
note CRC AU site had tons of stuff out of stock, the UK one had more stuff
Did you manage to have them posted to an AU address? In the past when I tried to buy from the CRC UK or US website and couldn't get them to ship to an AU address so I gave up and bought from Merlin Cycles
Did you incur any Import Tax with your Merlin order?
Yes. It in fact carried quite a lot of items that CRC didn't so still worth it.
I could ship from UK using AU address.
Need to hack the website a little.- First switch on to UK site and browse the item and open the ones you want to buy in new tab (merchant tab is still in UK site)
- In a new tab, switch to AU site,
- go back to the tabs in UK site and select add to bag
- going back to the tab with AU site open, now you should see UK items showing up in AU shopping bag
- select pay and input au address, it will automatically ship internationally
