Mealpal - New Plan

Does anyone use Mealpal since they changed to the new plan of $4.99 membership a month?

Now you can reserve meals days in advance.

However I reserved a meal for Friday - selected the wrong day by mistake - paid for it already - but now I can’t figure out how to cancel it.

Under the old scheme you could cancel a reserved meal and/or change the time of pickup if you do it before the cutoff.

Now it seems that there is no way to cancel a reservation and no way to cancel an account.

Anyone know how you can call these folks?

I can only find an email address to contact them.

Doesn’t seem right that there is no phone number to contact them.

Just email them and ask to cancel the meal (and account too). I've got a feeling they changed it to make it harder to cancel.

I'm not a fan of the new plan system. It's increased my costs by 25-50% because most of the decent meals are now $8.99+

They used to have this annoying cancellation process where they would ask you about five times 'Do you really want to cancel?', 'Are you sure?' and a few others. They got rid of that and now you have to email them directly to cancel an account.

It was ok when they were offering big discounts to first customers but their system is convuluted and misleading. Not worth the stress.
