Hi. What is your return policy for change of mind?

    •

      Hi Martin,
If you just want to return your order because of change of mind, you can do so provided you do that within 48 hours of receiving the device.
Please email support@renewd.com.au or call us on 1800849151 and quote your order id
You will have to pay for the return shipping though. We will fully refund you in full after we receive and assess the unit.
      Hope that helps.
      Cheers

Not that I don't discount there may be issues, but I clicked on that link, which was you posting this same comment, which then went back to another thread in which you said a system had sigifnicant issues, but didn't update if they helped you or not. What's the story?

      Hi ocoolio

We have already fully refunded you for your purchased and have fully resolved your issue months back.

We don't know why you are pasting the same link again and again. We would be more happy to help you if you could let us know your issue in detail.

      Regards
      Renewd Support.

$400 for a 2012 macbook after discount, probably no new battery. No deal, the RRP is silly

    •

One of the Macbooks has only 42 battery cycles. On average they have approx 300 battery cycles which are pretty good if you consider the age of the unit.
If you email us we will give you the product code for the lowest battery cycles unit. So you get the best of the lot

Have bought from them in the past and it turned out to be a good buy. RRP is misleading though.

      HI Karteej,

We have passed your concern to our team, and they are working on updating the RRP.

      Thanks

does the purchase of a laptop or desktop come with a tax invoice or before the purchase can i request for a tax invoice?

Ordered a MacBook air in excellent condition, hopefully it will be a good buy, certainly cheaper than most other places. Reviews elsewhere indicate that where there has been issues with products the customer service has been good, hopefully I won't have to find out

If the computers are been “renewd” properly how come some of them still have issues soon after sale?

    • +1 vote

The “renewd” process is so comprehensive the issues are also “renewd”

We sell thousands of refurbished devices every month and only a handful of them are returned. We do our best to minimize the failure and return rate by making the refurbishment and grading process as strict as possible.

Having said that some devices may still fail but we always stand behind the products we sell and offer no questions asked return policy. We pay for the return shipping, offer quick repair or full refund options.

when will this deal be expired?

Received mine today, very happy with my purchase so far, I opted for a 2015 MacBook Air in excellent condition, and it looks like a new one, battery count is 252, I am very impressed for the price

I picked up an Ipad pro on this deal. Was considered "great condition" and I cant fault it at all yet. It looks near new, hopefully it runs well and there's no issues! fingers crossed, but so far im happy

replying to myself, but really positive experience from me so far. Bought it on the 9th, it was shipped on the 10th and arrived to me in Perth by the 11th. Ipad was in way better condition then I expected from their condition reports.

I even had a issue thinking I wasn't sent my charger which they were on the phone to me minutes after my email offering to send me a replacement and had tracking minutes later. I ended up seeing the charger and asked them to cancel it but great service.

I guess everyone's experience will be different with refurbished units, but I wouldn't think twice about trying these guys again when deals like this pop up.

My email to them bounced and their phone hasn’t answered. Anyone having problems?
