      Not that I don't discount there may be issues, but I clicked on that link, which was you posting this same comment, which then went back to another thread in which you said a system had sigifnicant issues, but didn't update if they helped you or not. What's the story?

      One of the Macbooks has only 42 battery cycles. On average they have approx 300 battery cycles which are pretty good if you consider the age of the unit.
      If you email us we will give you the product code for the lowest battery cycles unit. So you get the best of the lot

    Ordered a MacBook air in excellent condition, hopefully it will be a good buy, certainly cheaper than most other places. Reviews elsewhere indicate that where there has been issues with products the customer service has been good, hopefully I won't have to find out

    I picked up an Ipad pro on this deal. Was considered "great condition" and I cant fault it at all yet. It looks near new, hopefully it runs well and there's no issues! fingers crossed, but so far im happy

      replying to myself, but really positive experience from me so far. Bought it on the 9th, it was shipped on the 10th and arrived to me in Perth by the 11th. Ipad was in way better condition then I expected from their condition reports.

      I even had a issue thinking I wasn't sent my charger which they were on the phone to me minutes after my email offering to send me a replacement and had tracking minutes later. I ended up seeing the charger and asked them to cancel it but great service.

      I guess everyone's experience will be different with refurbished units, but I wouldn't think twice about trying these guys again when deals like this pop up.
