      And then dealing with the checkout …

      I bought several gift cards once. The cashier said they weren't allowed to do them in a single transaction. Don't know why. So he did each of them one-by-one, scanning, getting me to pay, etc.. Then I realised he only asked me to scan my Everyday Rewards card once. I was already embarrassed by how long it was taking, and some old dude in the line was getting shitty. I asked at the info counter about my points. They told me to phone Everyday Rewards. I did. Actually, the Everyday Rewards phone line was very helpful and they saw my transactions and processed the points for me and I saw them convert to Qantas points right as it was happening via messages on my phone.

      But … far out! Yeah … just buy them from the Qantas website this time.
