    I've had the GC-306NW (looks identical to this GB-310RWL model) for 5.5 years and can't fault it. Recently the compressor is making a slightly different noise and I'm wondering if it's the beginning of the end. Things I really like, it's quiet, economical on power (through the night 40-50 watts per hour), has a relativity large freezer area, left or right opening door. I paid around $700 for mine, at the time that was a bargain.

      I have this model too and the only complaint is that the freezer door does not have an alarm. The door is quite stiff so requires more than a touch to shut it.

    I have this one and it's been running perfectly for many years.
    Great and compact design while having more freezer rooms compared to other same size ones.
    It comes with an eco mode which I guess it could be a power saver.
    It was about $690 shipping included when I got it on special.
