I have received badly damaged items from them in my last order from another order a while ago. I generally Trust their products as I have been buying their products for years and probably have bought nearly 200 + items from then over the time and I gift such items to my various staff members from time to time. When I took out the above mentioned two items from their packs to gift them to my staff members, I found them visibly damaged and reported to their sales support . I got a reply back from KATRINA that customers have to make any claims for damaged items within 30 days of our order and that was it and " sorry for the inconvenience". I am not sure How they would treat a watch malfunctioning or its face coming off the body after 30 days whether they would account /honour the claim for it under standard 12 months warranty but Understandably after this experience I would be wary ordering items from them in the future and secondly I would Suggest all Ozbargain fellas to please inspect and check their items fully by taking them out of the packaging to make sure that they are not damaged and are in full working order…and of course notify them within their strict policy of 30 days otherwise live with it :)
