Thought this was a pretty good price for this game. Cheaper than Steam.

Great entry to the game. There's plenty to do in the base game and every now and then all the premium DLC/expansions are free to play for a weekend or so except for the latest expansion.

  • NO GAME SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED

… unless you want the best gear. Then it is required.

My understanding is you can buy all of the DLCs with money as a once off purchase? (via crowns from the store?) so all content etc should be available without a subscription?

The main benefit to ESO+ is the crafting bag (unlimited storage), which greatly helps with crafting. Of course it's possible to craft without the bag, but it does make it much easier as you're not having to worry about inventory space running out. It's not a Pay to Win type subscription, but it can speed up progression. Definitely not 'required'.

      ESO+ Benefits:
Full access to all DLC game packs
      Unlimited storage for crafting materials
1650 crowns per month for mounts, pets, & more
Double Bank space for your account
10% increase to Gold & Experience acquisition
10% increase to Crafting Inspiration & Trait Research rates
Double Furnishings & Collectibles space in player housing
      Exclusive ability to dye costumes
Double currency cap for Transmutation Crystals
Exclusive access to unique Crown Store deals

    • It is not play to win, so if you truly care about cosmetics then you can spend more money.

  • How does this relate to Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind?
    Morrowind includes this game?

    • +1

Morrowinds an expansion… like summerset, elswyr etc.

    • Yes morrowind includes the base game. I purchased the morrowind for $15 and includes both base game and morrowind DLC… Though I should have waited another 2 weeks where Elsweyr (incl base, Morrowind, Summerset and Elsweyr) went on sale for $22…
