  If these are the same as the "export only" free ones you get with devices from China, then they are cheap garbage.
  The pins in China as thinner than in Australia, and as a result these adapters are extremely loose in the socket and tend to fall right out when plugged into the wall. The loose connection is dangerous and has previously tripped my circuit breaker when an overseas guest tried to use one of them. I throw these things straight in the bin when I receive them.

    I recommend this one from Officeworks as well.
    I have been through so many of the cheap or free ones & they are such poor quality.
    This Officeworks one stays plugged in wall sockets even with reasonably bulky devices connected.

      Would these be good got a pump/heater for a lay z spa, have one which overseas plug and wondering if safe to use with these or recomend to get the plug or at least cable and plug replaced?
