  Friends, Interesting approach but imo you're probably better off using anki with the core 2/4/6/7k deck for memorisation since this only teaches 240 kanji.

      Friend, this is the one I used https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/2141233552. Go to https://djtguide.neocities.org/anki.html for the 6k. Generally you'll want to be using anki less after finishing the 2k deck and just look up words as you go, or at least that's what I did since anki is most effective when it's used as a supplement.

    No, they speak more casual language in those videos and these courses teach more formal Japanese
