Confusing Email Notification Regarding My Post

Hi,
I posted something yesterday from canberra to adelaide yesterday via platinum express post and as of now it says "awaiting for collection." But when i turned on the notifications i received the email saying pick it up from the collection centre, as if i am not the sender, i am the recipient. it feels like i sent it to mysely but i am sure i put the right name and addresses. Do you think this is just a template email?

Also, It is meant to be sent to a gpo box and it requires signature on delivery. How does this work? Shouldn't i have required signature on delivery as the address was a gpo box?

    Does it say which collection center? Anything in tracking that indicates its not in your state?

      yes it is in the facility centre that it is meant to be delivered. so it is in adelaide now waiting for collection.

    Sender/receiver don't get different updates from tracking, you both see the same thing.

    A Card will be placed in the PO Box by AP Staff, the recipient then takes the Card to the Counter to pick up the Item.
