In the initial email it states 14 days from successful validation. Someone said the T&C's changed to 28 days. Has ANYONE gotten their code yet or attempted to call samsung in disgust?
The whole reason to get this deal was to get the game, now the game is slowly decreasing in price as well…
its been 21 days for me, i sent an email to their support, no response.
I haven't got mine yet. Claim was validated on 27 Sep. Did Samsung just scam us?

These incompetent fools are struggling to fulfil people's orders. They've arbitrarily changed their T's&C's to say 28 days instead of 14 days. Even then, there are many people beyond the 28 day time frame.
On top of that, there are even people (like me, with 1 of the 2 SSD's I bought from them on this promo) who CAN'T EVEN SUBMIT A CLAIM due to the Serial Number not being on their system; this is a problem they've acknowledged and have been telling me for weeks that they're working on… simply entering a serial into a database…
Best bet is to call their promos team, escalate it and pressure them on social media, sharing a full account of their incompetence for all to see.

what annoys me is Samsung is is not providing keys in order of submission dates,
Nick already has his key, submitted on 5/10, received on 18/10.
