Probably hidden at the back. Some stores never play along with freebies from my experience.
Yep probably depends on the franchisee and how dodgy they are wanting to profit from the freebie cans they are getting from Red bull. I'm sure all this promo stock is being given free from Red bull.

I went in at 9am and found some at mine (first time ever getting a 7/11 freebie though)
If it helps, they're not stocked near the regular ones but next to other drinks in a different section.
In Sunshine, VIC they leave it near small cans of coke, sprite etc, not at the Redbull lots. Heaps left

I am not defending 7-Eleven and I am not confirming its practise of hiding stock. I am simply reporting my experience.
First store: It ran out of all varieties of Red Bull Organics because it had just finished a sale yesterday. A customer bought all the cans according to the storeman. He thought the store will not be restocked until next week. He tried the discount barcode on a regular can of Red Bull he took from the fridge, but we both knew that wasn't going to work.
Second store: It had all the favours. The storeman was happy and willing to fetch a can and he even suggested a favour.

That will teach me not to comment at 2:30AM. Luckily I didn't type "A customer brought all the cans" or you'd think I was crazy.
Actually they are still on promo for the current cycle and are on promotional again until Nov 20th. There is absolutely no reason why a store should not have stock accept through poor planning.
I know a lot of ppl complain about not getting these, but I have never missed out on one, ever. Even when going late afternoon. Just luck of the draw hey.
I have never missed out either. You would expect certain stores to have more foot traffic e.g city stores with no bowsers so run out faster versus stores with bowsers in suburbs
same. i go early morning to two different stores. never have problems with either.
This is not an "Energy" drink. People always mistakenly think it is one.
After trying it a few times now I actually like the taste of the Cola and Ginger versions
Tried the Cola last time, amazingly vile. Reminded me very much of the old Panda Pop cola from the 80’s back in the UK. Even for free it was overpriced.
My favourite moment was when the 7-11 staff thought it was just the product in the image that was free, instead of the entire range. They had removed every single one of the imaged freebie off the shelf and refused to believe that I was entitled to my freebie till I made them scan the code.
I once found the nutella sticks on an end of an aisle when they were free. When I went to get it at the cash register the worker said "WHERE DID YOU FIND THAT?"

Only managed to get one of these last time because I was filling up at 12:30am.
I reckon it's not worth making the effort going after these free offers, just check the app when you fill up and try your luck

I’m writing to complain about 7/11 practices. I just received free cola voucher on the app, and turn up to store at 9am and they have no more available. I overheard the staff speaking in Hindi (I’m white but I understand Hindi) that they hide the free items because it’s not worth it to give it to customers because, head office pays them, but it’s really delayed.
Do you actually understand Hindi? Pretty low act to allege that if not. Even if you suspect it…

Sold out at Walker St, North Sydney store as of around 3pm this arvo.
This is like the 3rd or 4th time these are free… its because they taste like shet lol pass.
12.30am and currently at my local 7-Eleven. Not one Red Bull Organics in the fridge.
