Mi Official eBay Shipped Opened Box Phone

Hi everyone,

I just want to share my experience with Mi Offical eBay store.

The other day I bought a phone from them and received it very quickly. But once I opened the package I noticed the phone box ** was not sealed. and the sticker saying "for Australia only" broken**. I didn't give it a big deal. But the actual phone was full of fingerprints. Also, the original charger has been swap with differ normal charger. As the original one supports fast charging while the one they included doesn't.

Also, they are so slow to reply to your messages. like one message each couple of days.

To be honest a bit disappointed with them. I don't see any benefits from buying from them over the overseas stores. Plus they are always overpricing their items.

      If the goods received were not as described in the eBay listing then you can lodge a return claim as Item Not as Described. You will be entitled to a full regund

    On the back of the box there is a model number, does it match the "Model Name" shown in the phone under Settings> About Phone?
    Just wondering if they slipped in a reflashed CN unit?
    In their listing do they mention anything about supplying a charger suited for Aust?
    In their feedback for the phone do other buyers show pics of the phone they received?

      This only for tech support. They told me need to connect the seller. They passed my request to the seller.
