  If you're buying anything that requires delivery, be aware that they are having issues with their order management system at the moment: https://www.freedom.com.au/freedom/updates

  Bought a couch 5 weeks ago (for delivery the following week) and haven't been able to get any update on it other than "we've lost visibility of your order".
