Granny Flat Construction in Brisbane - Any Recommendations?

I'm looking at installing a cheap, modular granny flat in Brisbane. Anyone have any recommended builders?
Also, I'd like to have a split electricity meter for this granny flat and a solar panel.

    Used to do roofing for a guy who did hundreds around Inala area for mostly Vietnamese. Never met the builder or the chippies but all the frames were straight never had any problems with his work.
