  The price depends on the store. The one near me is $3 fees can be avoided if you top up. But yes it doens't appear to be free.

Wish the developers of Hey You would just introduce a sort function so I can see which cafes in the CBD currently have coffee on promotion. Surely it can’t be that hard to include?

Yup didn't work for me. They took the offer down after lunch today.
Complained to Hey You, and they gave me a $4 voucher code. So all good my end.
