Andrew Garrett Vintage Sparkling Shiraz displays a deep purple colour with a fine sparkling bead. The bouquet is vibrant, giving rich, dark mulberry and plum characters with overtones of mocha and spice followed by a luscious palate that is rich and soft in texture. The velvety mid-palate gives succulent plums, blackberry, dark chocolate and spicy vanillin oak finishing soft and elegant with great tannic length.
