I recently bought an Esky and they offered me a Lindt Orange Chocolate for $3. free postage I think. It arrived seperately by Australia Post Parcel Post melted, hot and liquid. How do these fools Catch make any money?

I once bought ice and it melted before i got home. That was 16 years ago and I still feel I need to tell people on a whim to repair the grief i felt arriving home with a bag of water. I too feel that $3 of hurt from that 34 degree day.
