  • I missed out, but thought I'd sign up using a referral to get $5 upon sign up to try a box, but it only gave me 50 points (50c) worth. Did this change, or do you get this after first purchase? (though it says upon sign-up above ^)

    Just got an email asking for the name of the referrer and if the name I submit is wrong they will cancel my order… Assuming everyone else got it as well. Anyone who is a genuine customer want to be my referrer?

    EDIT: However, I have just had an email and text message telling me my order has been shipped. I have not completed the survey from the email but I did open it earlier this morning

    My order has just arrived, I opened the survey but did not answer it so maybe that somehow triggered a response from my order?
    A bit disappointing not to hear from @OP on this, bit of a let down to the people who got their orders cancelled

    • You’re lucky, I opened the survey to see what it required which is what I assume most people did. Yeah funny that OP is a no show. We all probably should have just entered John Stone. No chance this company is getting any patronage from me anyway.

    • Mine actually came as well! Which honestly surprised me as I had got no shipping notification previously. I had done the same as you, just opening up the link to see what was involved. Guess we got lucky, I feel sorry for those who missed out.

  • I completed the survey with my own name as referrer since I was now a subscriber and received an email that my order is on the way!

  • Received my order today despite also receiving a cancellation email (the shipping refund was processed as well). 100 capsules of coffee for free, great deal!

  • Order was also cancelled. Even after they cancelled my order they placed me on their mailing list as a valued 'customer' and now getting their spam! Definitely turned off potential new customers.
