Kids shoes OzBargained?
I bought 11 pairs of kids sandles for just over $2. Order confirmed… So, THIS is what I've become :(

So stressful, reload my page on phone for 1 hour still not working; then my husband help me to process on his computer & is working at 9:10am. We brought 7 pairs for our son. Finger crossed they will honour it.
Why buy 7 pairs? Surely they wont honor 7 pairs right?
7 pairs are all in different sizes; my son is only 16months and is upsized every 2-3 months at the moment. So 7 pairs will only last for a year or two. Plus Shipping is flat rate of $9.90 no matter I buy 1 or 7 pairs.

A business might forgo a $45 loss in the hope of repeat custom, a $350 loss and they are less likely of course. Either way its a roll of the dice, hopefully they honor it.

Yeah; you are bound by their terms and conditions unfortunately which are actually REALLY poorly worded. You made an offer, they can choose to accept or reject the offer. They can choose to reject your offer within 5 days and notify you.
4.1 Clarks reserve the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason at any time.
4.3 In the event that we reject an Order under clause 4.1, we will notify you of that rejection and the reason for rejection via email within five (5) Business Days after the placement of the Order.
5.3. Where your Order is affected by an error on the Website (for example, in relation to a description of Goods, an image, Price or otherwise), we will reject the part of the Order that is the subject of the error in accordance with clause 4.
If they haven't rejected your order (ie notified you of the rejection within 5 days), they are bound by their own terms to fulfill the order. AWAITING FULFILLMENT is not a rejection status by the way.
