There have been a couple of deals for Lego from Myer today (e.g. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/493962) all linking to https://www.myer.com.au/c/offers/sale-toys/sale-lego?pageNum…, which doesn't include the Liebherr.

I was in Myer Hobart last week and saw they had floor stock of the Liebherr (big arse box that), so I rang on the off chance they still had stock and it was included in the sale. Good news is that it is in stock and it's marked down from $750 to $599. You could drop another $50 off this by using the Woolworths discount gift card offer.

There may be stock elsewhere as well - be worth trying if you are chasing a large Christmas present.

Sadly, I'm not going to be pulling the trigger this time, but hopefully happy bricking for other OZBargainers.

  One of the guys at work bought one from DJs last week and, yes, it's a Very Big Box. Looks hella cool, though, and there's a ton of pieces in it.
