    Strange… it says it won't ship to my address, however there is a store close to me and it doesn't give me the option to C&C. When I go to view all their items for sale, there is none there.

          Have you tried different browser or desktop mode?
          I remember having a similar issue to this and going from app and Android chrome to Firefox on Windows, made the listings appear

      It sounds like a process but the steps you need to follow are:

      1. Go into your eBay profile and create a shipping address in a major centre (e.g. I use a Melbourne CBD address).
      2. Change your Primary shipping address to that one.
      3. Go back to the listing and start completing the sale. At checkout, choose C&C and it should then give you a list of stores to choose from. Select your local and complete the sale.
      4. Go immediately to your profile again and switch the Primary shipping address to the original one (so you don’t have other purchases accidentally go to the wrong place!).

      I’ve done this a couple of times and never had trouble picking up from my local in a regional centre.

    Whilst you can get some good prices, I suggest you weigh your options before you order.

    My personal experience with First Choice eBay was really bad.

    In one of my orders they didn't deliver one of the wines. I was waiting for 10 days and then they said they ran out of stock. Interestingly, their listing still showed this wine as being in stock. It took about another week to get money back.

    My next order I decided to click & collect. Got a message that it's ready for collection. Drove to the store to find out that one of the wines wasn't ready for collection. The store manager said that First Choice eBay didn't forward my order for this wine to them. I phoned First Choice but they said that I need to send a message on eBay.
    I sent a message and the next day received a reply with an apology. I requested that they send my order to a different store. After several days (!) I got a message that my order is ready for collection. I went to the store just to find that my order wasn't there either. I looked at my eBay messages and found that they sent my order to the store in Melbourne. But I am in Sydney.
    I sent them 2 messages asking for refund but they won't reply.
    So I had to initiate dispute on eBay and only then First Choice eBay refunded my money.
    These guys are ridiculously unprofessional.

    My advice: order at your own risk.

      Similar issue happened with my order last time..Had to lodge a dispute with eBay to get a refund. I bght some tequila which was still for sale on their website. Apparently it's impossible to send.an item from.nsw to vic. They almost cancelled my whole order until I rocked up to their store and asked for the other items to be changed to click and collect. Oh not to mention they removed all thier listings from eBay completely last time there was a 20% off

      I had very similar experience just recently, only finally sorted out around a week ago. I had a similar problem with their online store, and also with their ebay store. I was/still am in shock at how unproffesional they were. I have never left bad feedback on eBay before but was encouraged to do so by ebay help themselves, and I also left some feedback on product review.
      I will try not to ever use them again, although 20% off with an increased cashback really adds up on expensive alcohol items!

      Agree 100%. I had one order that they just forgot about and I had to chase. Another that they just substituted a s^&% item for the one I ordered. Another that they cancelled. Just a complete debacle to be honest.

      Not a champagne drinker, so wanting a bit of advice.
      Is Veuve Cliquot better than Moet & Chandon, or is it totally personal preference?
      Moet & Chandon Rose seems to be good savings, $57.60 down from $83.

        Totally personal preference, and a lot of mental stuff with champagne around brand prestige and what you enjoy. That said, I've never been a Moet fan and I absolutely love Veuve… it's both soft and crisp at once. I imagine part of it is the romance around that French brand though.

    Even though I had a problem with this seller before, I gave them a benefit of the doubt and ordered some wines. Just some standard not expensive wines, nothing special.
    Guess what?
    For 6 days the order status was "Your order is being prepared." So I sent them a message asking when they will get my order ready.
    I received the following reply: "I am afraid it seems your order has not flowed through from the eBay portal to our system, therefore the store team was unable to process your order for collection. Due to this error, a full refund has now been processed and will reach your account within two business days."
    These guys are absolutely ridiculous!

    I waited until the "guaranteed" delivery date past with no status change.
    Sent them a polite message and they replied with about 2 hrs and sent the items.
    I know have a trackable package and it's left the warehouse.
    Hopefully this turns out ok.
