Decent deal if you are after some comfort craftsmans I have a few fairs of these and they are well worth the money. I know they have been cheaper previously but correct me if this isn't the current best deal?

Even with orthotics after a while the boots just look like black lumps of lard.Did you try the dynamic flex variant?
I've had mine for 6 months and they are the best shoes I've ever had, so comfortable.

They are very comfortable, just they flatten out.
Why does the profile of your foot make the boots look different?
Because my arch collapses, it put one side of the boot with it.
So the boot flattens out, rather than maintaining that 'spine' on the front.
Don’t agree. Have just put mine in for resoling after 9 years of Mon-Thurs wear with orthotics. Obviously not walking kilometres every day in them at the office though I certainly got my moneys worth. Hopefully get another 6-8 years before the upper leathers give in.
Also be aware that these are cheaper at the RM Williams outlets – last time I was there they were $275, but they are seconds. Most seconds I saw were either cancelled custom orders, a loose/frayed stitch or marks on the leather.
Maybe I have the wrong orthotics, what do you use?
Was thoroughly enjoying my pair the last year or so… until started noticing every bloody young banker / lawyer in the CBD wearing them like a uniform…
