The Bose are not a very good price. Bose QC35 II have been cheaper before than that and also there are Bose 700 out now.

No idea what the terms and conditions are for the movie vouchers but it's 2 Gold Class tickets and 2 $10 food and beverage vouchers for $64.99.
As Sandaivik said Bose headphones cheaper before and also for the newer version.
