Looking for a deal on the C3 and found out that DJ is having 10% off on top their already sales price. Plus 9% cashback from shopback make it down to $285.83, cheapest price I believe.

First time post a deal so please go easy on me, if I miss anything please feel free to let me know.

Just wonder if anyone can chip in their experience with this model for a 2 br apartment, carpet floor? I’m not sure if we are overkill with this machine, consider my wife drops hair quite a lot every time she dry her hair I have read a few threads and people said bagless vacuum cleaner (both Dyson and Miele brands) stand no chance with those with bag ones.

  I have this model 3 years ago and it the best sucker and very quiet compare to Dyson.
  Have to empty the Dyson after every vacuum but this C3 I replace the bag every 4-5 weeks
  Highly recommend

        Thank you sir, was wondering when I looked at DJ page. $30 for a bag is gonna kill my hype for this vacuum cleaner haha.

          @TheFatCat: Don't know if you want to do that. The oem bag is supposed to be HEPA compliant, but with cheap bags, who knows. It will vacuum just as well, and catch the big stuff, but it may not get the tiny particles, flooding the air with them. They're so tiny in fact that if you breathe them in, they can go straight into the bloodstream.

          Personally I think that's why so many kids from ultraclean households got asthma.
