    Very dissatisfied. Order arrived cold. Not sure where the driver was circling. Bondi burger arrived with no chilli sauce but added bacon and pineapple.

        Leave aside Oporto, it's not working with any other restaurant (even with paying full price), as they all appear to be 'closed'. There seems to be some glitch in the website.

      Mine took over an hour from a mall 5 mins away. The delivery time in the app kept going up & down. Delivery guy said there’s problem with my order and the helpline number connected him to support in California! Still gave the guy 5-star, feel sorry for him going round in this heat.

        Yes, he looked suspiciously well refreshed and extremely happy (but adamant the store didn’t give him the drink). Doordash did credit me back a portion of my order though. So I’m happy enough with the outcome!

    Picked mine up and it wasn't even ready an hour after ordering. Seriously they are running full steam, 4 delivery guys leaving as fast as Oporto could make them. Can't tell it is because of the promo, though prob a safe bet. Though previously when I walked past they were generally quiet.

    Found they are closing / re-opening the store, guessing so they don't get flooded with orders.
    Just keep refreshing the site every 5 minutes or so.

            @SydneySwan: Delivery received at 1.04pm. Burger surprisingly good although a bit spicy. Delivered in an Oporto bag. Dasher was wearing a thick jacket even though it is about 35C here (Wollstonecraft).

    Don't know what happened, someone just stepped up to my front door and a guy delivered another one. There's been a mix-up or they just want to reward a delivery guy. Either way I'm full so dinner is sorted.

    I was able to do pickup from Central Plaza in Sydney. No line, just go up and they'll find you a burger fresh off the rack.

    Couldn't get it to work for Galeries or Harbourside though.

      i pre-ordered by burger at 1pm and its just being delivered as we speak.
      suggest if you want to pre-order for tonight if theres still free burgers, deliver time an hour earlier to what time you wanted it delivered just in case

    Hahaha It's amazing how stupid some people can be. My brother ordered his without mayo and chili. He got his burger and they removed the lettuce and chicken. so he got a bun with mayo and chili sauce. The mind truly boggles how the person making that thought anyone would order that.

      Actually I can see that happening. I thought it was weird in the app that you had to tick the box of the items you wanted removed, so he possibly ticked the wrong way, or it doesn't print clearly in store
