  I'm always confused by belts — do you input the size of pants you wear? or do you estimate the length you need?

  Eg. I'm a 32 pants, so I (A) buy a 32 belt or (B) do I buy a 34 belt so it wraps neatly?

  I ask because last time I bought a belt from H&M in Singapore I had to do the latter (B)..

    it's usually the latter, rule of thumb is about 2 inches larger than your waist size for the equivalent belt length.

      Being two inches larger, that's typically two size up right eg. from 32 to 34?
