    Why not hitch hike? It's cheaper and often more comfortable than the coach.

    Wow that is one annoying website. Every date I pick seems to give me the error "No Service operating on this date" and then I have to fill in the whole thing again to try another date. Just tell me what dates you are running!

      29th of November ; I tried a few dates after the 29th they seemed to work

    Adelaide to Melbourne bus service runs overnight which is a good use of time , these run during the day so kill a whole day which is not worth it

    8 hours on a bus vs about an hour flight.

    8 hours on a bus, then need to rent a car/pay for transport within the destination city vs driving for the same length then having a car to get around.
