      I fly a lot and only ever go with tiger these days. They got all new staff and planes when they were bought out by virgin a few years ago.

      I have never had a single issue or canceled flight this year (18 tiger air flights). I have had 1 jetstar and 1 virgin flight cancel where I had to buy last minute $300~ quantas tickets instead.

      Can I ask if you are just circlejerking tigerair hate? I used to myself.

          TigerAir in Australia is now completely separate to the TigerAir in Singapore that was merged in to Scoot.

      Not my experience. Jet Star delayed us 6 hours for a 19 hour flight to Hawaii. That was a very long day.

    Those, who complain about the service offered by Tiger, use Jetstar's price beat guarantee and fly 10 % cheaper. I do it all the time.

        All online.

        Google 'Jetstar Price Beat', and on their main page, click 'apply now', which is about halfway down.

        Then fill in all the details, and an email is sent within a few minutes to pay.

        Much quicker than ringing.

          ive always been doing it by phone, also it avoids the credit card fee,

          does the online version avoid CC fees?

            @Samsungnote10: No, definitely had to pay the CC fee (I paid with a debit card which has a lower fee).

            A couple years ago I used to call to piece beat, but would spend 30+ mins on the call. Much faster online, but a fee is applicable.

              But i always got the result i wanted.

              Worth the time

              And yes, the credit card fee was always waived

              It has been 18 months since my last beat though. Things may have changed

    I’m not happy with the arrows.

    These should be price matched with Jetstar; as well as 10% off there is also no fee for payment type.

      Tiger allow you to board an earlier or later plane by paying around $11 for it closer to the flight date. It's something Jetstar don't offer and I think it's a great feature :)

      I actually prefer Tiger over Jetstar but have used Jetstar to price beat before hehe

          No flight difference - from my understanding - there are conditions attached to it but no flight difference.

          Oh, just did a mock booking, maybe the cost varies but is around the $10 mark;

          What is Move Me?

If you arrive at the airport too early then jump on an earlier service; or if you arrive after the check-in time has closed but arrive no later than 15 minutes after the flights scheduled departure time, then you will be moved to the next available service.
