  • Very good prices. I feel like I should just be buying the 512GB at this point hmmm…

    • Check compatibility of your device. My Samsung S9+ only supports max of 400GB.

      • I'm running the S10 Plus. Thinking of putting a 512GB in my switch and moving its current card to my phone.

      • +2

That's according to the specs but there are many that have shown that 512GB works. I think it was because at the time the phone was released, the largest mSD was 400gb so they wrote that on the specs.

  • The PITCH20 code does not work on many other items at FlashforwardTech though.

  • Does anyone know of the Galaxy Buds are Australian stock, or grey imports? Looking for Aus Stock as I don't want to deal with warranty issues if required.
    Cheers

    • +1

Checked with seller. It's Aussie stock.

      • Cheers!

  • Bought 2 microSD cards, thank you.

  • +3

Are these guys trustworthy to be selling genuine?

    • I'll vouch for these guys. The Samsung micro sd card I got off them was genuine Samsung aussie stock in a retail package just like you would get from Officeworks.

      • +2

yeah it looks very identical. The only way to really tell is if you benchmark the read and write speeds. If they match what Samsung lists on their website then genuine otherwise not.

        • +1

          Samsung's packaging says Read = 100MB/s and Write = 90MB/s for the 256GB version.
          On CrystalDiskMark, I get Read = 85.44MB/s and Write = 80.38MB/s

Bear in mind that I get Read = 87.27MB/s and Write = 80.71MB/s on the card I got from Officeworks, so I'll put the difference down to my el cheapo USB to SD adapter.

Hope that eases your concern - but I am not the store owner so whether you take up this deal or not…

          • @skid: Thanks for that. Sounds like the read deal here.
Like you pointed out, could be various reasons for the gap. Also the manufacturer always advertise the top speed hit even if it was very briefly and unlikely to be sustained.

you never know it might be just a copy version

$10/$15 delivery on the SD cards without ebay plus :/

    • Good thing eBay is generous enough to offer such a subscription /s

      • Didn't ebay stop subsidising the postage cost for plus listings. How do these sellers keep it going? I tested it on a few different listings as a seller and once you put in a postage cost it automatically removes the eBay plus attribute from the listing. How do these sellers do it?

  • Damn paid 21.95 two days ago for same 128gb card.

  • +1

    OP its $19.80 not $19.20

    • It’s $18.8 now

  • thanks op

bought a 256gb one for my arlos

  • -4

I'd rather pay 80 cents more ($47.20) for this SanDisk 256gb card

    • +5

Maybe it's just me but I've always had bad experiences with SanDisk cards. I've never had an issue with Samsung but YMMV.

    • +1

That's a U1 card. It would be about 3x-5x slower than the card in this article, both read and write.

  • Does anyone know if the 128GB come with an SD adapter?

    • +2

they all come with the SD adapter

      • Thanks dude!

  • +5

128GB Card is $18.94 + Delivery (Free with Plus) @ Shopping Square eBay.

256GB Card is also $45.94 + Delivery (Free with Plus)

    • Cheers

    • +1

is it just me or 128gb is 28.68? and 22.94 after pitch20

      • Yeah it is only $18.94 if you have ebay plus. With ebay plus it is an extra $5 off.

    • Thanks I managed to cancel my 256gb order and buy from shopping square instead.

    • Price is now cheaper at flashfoward tech.

  • Would this be good for a GoPro hero8?

  • +1

Any deals on the 512GB? Missed out on the the $99 offer…

  • +1

    These work on a switch?

  • +1

OP, you might want to update the price. They have beaten ShoppingSquare price and bringing their 128GB to $18.80.

  • Could these be used in a DSLR/Mirrorless Camera?

    • following

    • With the adaptor, it should but it depends on the camera and whether it can accept cards this size.

    • Yes, put it in the adaptor and as long as your camera takes SD cards.

  • Do these memory cards work in the Switch? I just got a Switch and noticed that Sandisk also sell a Switch-specific memory card which is much more than these

  • Thanks OP

  • Ahhhh so many SD CARDS!!!
