      It's locked to Telstra for 2 years for ALL prepaid phones.

    I believe phones are only locked for the first two years of their release and after that they are either
    A) unlocked
    B) have no fee to unlock them.

    I've just chatted to Telstra who said they are locked but have no unlocking fees so that's ok. I guess Office-works wont know the diff. Too bad its only black. I'm not sure my daughter will want a black one.

    Bought twice already over the phone via their customer service number. Just ask them to google Telestra Iphone 7 32GB. No worries.

  Had trouble getting price beat on the phone. Staff member said that the phone was probably locked and nothing to indicate otherwise.

  Went into Brisbane CBD store and the staff member there said iPhones don’t come locked so was happy to price beat for $455.05.

  I recently got this. The phone came with $50 credit even though it said only $30 credit was included. The phone is network locked. But I was able to call and get it unlocked. The kind lady even waived the $25 unlock fee for me.
