      The only time I've scanned my card in the last 6 months was for my free meal lol. Possible, but what makes you come to this conclusion?

        Just educated guess. If you don't have any activity on your card for 6 months+ (which I didn't use within 6m), they send you an email a month before saying you need to buy something so you can get your free bday meal next month. So i got a WTF meal and the month after free bday meal.

        so I just made an assumption that some people will get the mousse email and some won't due to activity on the card

        I think it goes both ways… if you don't use your card for a long time, they send you a voucher for buy 1 quarter meal get 1 free

        If you use your card in the last 6 months, they send you emails like get a free side or free upgrade with every purchase or main meal purchase

        sometimes you just get perks no matter what

    Hi all, you are meant to go to the store then log in to their wifi. Thereupon you will get an email with a code to put into your app (promo page). You then scan the barcode on your app at the counter like any other deal they have for a free choc mousse, no purchase required. I found out after both me and the Nandos guy were staring blankly at each other trying to work out how to redeem the deal. He has nice blue eyes.

    Tldr: Code might be targeted but looks generic and is WIFICHOC

        Seems like it. Note they probably can withdraw the offer if that was not what was intended but its FREE while stocks last. So if enough people redeem then I'd say promotion should probably last a few days (not an entire month).

    I don't think it is targeted. Any who logs into their wifi and adds WIFICHOC to the promo code in the app gets it.

      The conditions are:

      • You got to be a Nando Member (Peri-Peri)
      • Download their Nandos App to redeem the code

      This is targetted because you can not obtain the unique promotional barcode unless you do the above hence why it is Targetted (for Peri-Peri members). Although any one can sign up for free to be a Peri-Peri member during this promotional period even if they didn't get the email.

          I can see where both of you are coming from, but you've both reached the same conclusion:

          Targetted (for Peri-Peri members). Although any one can sign up for free to be a Peri-Peri member

          And

          Regardless, the "targeted" tag has been lifted now.

    Is it working once for 30days as mentioned, bar code vanished after one and never appear again even after a day

      Thanks for the warning :) I took a screenshot of the barcode prior to redeeming.
      While I haven't gone back to Nandos to test a 2nd redemption the worst they can say to me is that 'code has been redeemed' already.
      It might also be that Nandos made a mistake with the terms and conditions and it was meant to say 'valid once per 30 days'.

      Will update the next time I visit and see if my screenshot barcode for this worked.

        You would just be presenting the same barcode you used to redeem previous Mousse! The computer should recognize that it's been redeemed.

        Whereas using another account would give you a new code to redeem😉
