Both are 43" VA 4K monitors. Main difference is the HDR level (Tip: HDR400 is barely worth the label) and slight input differences. Comparison here

  Sensible size for a 4k "monitor". Any smaller and most human eyes won't benefit… If course if you're young and with perfect eye sight it's different. Larger than ~40" starts to get a bit impractical as a monitor. Good for neck muscle exercises though

  For the price is it better to get a 65" Hisense TV and place your desk 2 metres from the TV

    This has over 1000 nits and the highest colour volume tested for any commercial monitor or TV ever so far. So no Hisense is nowhere near this
