    gotta say, i purchased a couple of remotes from these guys a few months ago, and their "customer service" was next to useless. I eventually got the remotes paired with my garage door, but with the help of google and not their "customer service"

      I would have to completely disagree with this, I have bought 4 types of remotes with them and they have been able to guide me through setting up all of them. I've just bought another set of remotes now.
      Some occasions they've been busy when I called but they always called me back to help me out.

    Interesting. In the post yesterday were 2 x 2 packs (4 in total) of the Avanti compatible ones - $53.40 delivered via your ebay store.
    Using the BLK2019 code, I got the same 4 remotes for $51.20. Not necessarily a "bargain"…
    As OP noted - check the ebay store as a comparator.

    i have one of the ATA PTX-5v1 remotes. the buttons work 1/2 the time, sometime i press it and it doesnt work. have to wait 30 secs or so and then press the button again and it works. really annoying

      If the light on the remote flashes instead of being solid when a button is pressed this indicates a flat battery. If it is not the battery you can try coding in the spare buttons and use these instead.
