Vodafail....

Who was suprised about this exodus of angry customers.
I am still a vodafail customer since my contract runs out in 20 months.
Is there a way to get rid of my contract without paying the cancelling fee.

  • Contact the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsmen, www.tio.com.au by phone or submit a complaint on their website. Then vodafone complaints team should contact u within a week to offer u free cancellation of your contract. They won't even fight to keep you as a customer. Cancelled my mobile broadband contract two weeks ago. Kept my pocket wifi 5 months into contract. Not sure bout a phone if that's ur contract that's 4 months old.

  • Someone else pays my mobile and internet bills for five years, so I am stuck with vodafail. I asked if they could get evryone out (it is a company) and they said they aren't going to let go of those contracts as easily as they have "mom and pop" contracts. Sux big time. At least I'm not paying though.

SGS customers have been waiting four months for Gingerbread update and still delays and excuses. Meanwhile just about everywhere in Europe and Asia already have the update and Optus customers got it too. Im definately considering drop kicking Vodafail. Their network coverage is still shocking and data speeds are completely useless even in metro areas.
