11.11 Phoney Prudent Promises Presents Phoney Phone Pusher Playing Poor Peoples Pay Problem

Jumped on the 11.11 singles day and bought a phone cheap off Aliexpress.
The sales pitch was simple buy and we'll mail via DHL 13-20 days no mention of time delay that I can see anyway looking at the URL but looking at my orders the seller can still delay processing the order for another 25 days from today WTF?.

Just a heads up from this seller and if your going away over Christmas you'll probably have to have it resent from missed delivery
I want to pull the pin and not deal with this lying hairy peanut and get my money back some how they've added "ships out within 30 business days On-time Delivery 23 days"

"Dear friend, The shipment may take a few days to update during the promotion day 11.11, pls do not worry about your order. Thank you very much, nice day."

Yet today he's saying there's still 800 in stock!! Well of course there is if you don't mail them out.

    Da-faq did I just read???

    Every Aliexpress user does this. They wait till they get enough orders and send that to the factory. They send out fake tracking numbers because of the way Aliexpress punishes slow senders.

    After 3 weeks, you get back to them and they always say “there was problem with customs and they sent it back to us. We will send again” and this time the tracking number is real and your Chinese junk gets to you in less than 2 weeks…

    Simples: leave them negative feedback if they ship late.

    This morning he stated 800+ now same URL states 8080.
    Sent a message if you have all these at hand what's holding up mailing my order.

    Aliexpress is one of those sites you order and forget about it, then it randomly shows up some months later. Not something you expect to arrive within a certain timeframe.

    You have to take these I to consideration when buying from Chinese sellers.

    I lodge a "non receipt" complaint when I get the item and ask for a refund. Serves you right for giving me a bogus tracking number.
