$1030.70 delivered to me on Monday pretty good for the XL 64 GB.
Nevermind that - price matched with phonebot instead and got it for $930.
Took three attempts via phone though as the first two agents didn't want to do it.
ah nice, i tried calling as well but they said they wouldn't price match a clearance item
@Bilzbargain: Yep I only got it approved on my third attempt. I figured the first two agents gave completely different reasons for rejecting it so there must be someone there who would give a different answer…!
great job! It never hurts to be persistent while remaining respectful. prices are never fixed unless its government mandated. Most of these price controls are becoming redundant as there's an increasing amount of retailers creeping into markets.
I would love it if bargaining became rooted into our culture.

@mikhaelkin: Thx but they wouldnt pricematch the GC and stock was running low in sydney. Ended up just doing the mobileciti deal for 976 with local pickup so i got it in my got little hands! Amazing camera i must say! Now just trying to figure out how to copy everyrhinf over from my galaxy s7. The phone clone didnt seem to grab all the data of all the apps and settings. :(. Samsung switch was so easy.

None of the stores have stock - will they still fulfill the order via online? Im not sure if domayne ship out of stores, in which case we'd expect delays till they get in stock right?
