  No, this is the one with the PMW3366 sensor.
  The sensor is still top end though, and most people (including me) can't tell the difference between tracking quality. I believe the HERO 16K is more power efficient though so you might be giving up some battery but the price is WAYYYY cheaper (and the battery wont matter much if you plan on pairing this with the Powerplay Mat)
