Looking for a Very Basic Laptop - Must Have Microsoft Office, Webcam and Be Lightweight. Price under $600

Haven't purchased a laptop in a long time and was asked to help a co-worker find one that meets the requirements per title. Any help or pointers appreciated.

    What do you consider lightweight?

    Unlikely you'll get office with new laptops as they have changed to a subscription model. It might be included for 1 year.

      Probably 2-2.5kg tops. Fine if comes with 1 year included as long as it's preinstalled.

    There are free alternatives to Microsoft Office. I use Libre Office.

    The Acer Swift 3 is pretty light and right now is $959 at the Good Guys, then you have Office $99/year. I also need to correct my previous statement since Swift 1 is $559 but with a Pentium processor

    The Aspire 5 here is great value, but may be on the heavy side (1.8kg).
