I recently bought a PS4 Pro from the big w ebay deal for $313 and I'm wondering how much I should sell my current ps4 slim 500gb for. I was considering doing the eb games trade in deal for $150, but I decided I would get better value by just selling it.
I know its black friday deals and all, so I'm wondering whether or not I should sell now or AFTER the holidays.

Still a fair comparison tho, considering you haven't said how old yours is and how used. $150 from Eb would save you a lot of hassle selling privately, and likely try to barter you down to that price anyway
Its about a year old now, but its barely been used with a brand new controller cos I used another one.
Do it before Christmas. People will be selling unwanted gifts or old models if gifted an upgrade.
Good point, plus once PS5 has been officially, people will be stockpiling used ps4's to save up.
You could hang onto it. If you set your Pro as your primary console and log in with the same account on the slim, you can share PS+ and all digital games between both consoles. You can play multiplayer PS+ games or any other digital game you own between the two consoles with just the one paid PS+ account or just the one digital copy of the game. You could also use the slim to watch HDR Disney+ on another TV, though it won't output 4k in video mode unlike the xbox one s.
Yeah I was considering this, but I don't use it nearly enough to have 2 consoles. I already have a one s as well for the streaming and 4k blu ray player, and this machine is basically for the exclusives.
Yeah Im in a similar boat. Ordered a PS4 Pro, and thinking of selling my XOne. Seems the consensus is better sooner rather than later despite current deals and a potential flooding of the market. I should do the same.
If it's an xbox one, keep it. Just get gamepass and use the PS4 as main.

Always sell your tech asap rather than holding off - unless its some sort of collectors item or youre planning on keeping something for 20 years for a rarity.
