      genuine question - why do you need a cellular version? I find it absurd that you will have to pay $5/month extra to the telcos just to use the cellular functionality.

      I wouldn't mind having cellular version as I sometime leave the phone behind but if its costing me $5 a month extra - not really worth for me.

          yeah that would make sense but when I go running, I go without my phone but with non-cellular watch. I just see very little value in paying $5/month for cellular version but I guess many won't care for that $5.

      I directed TV news in the past. Ebay is advertising on the station like crazy! Its simple legal wording meaning they bought a crapload of air time but that money went to the sales department and not our website! Having said that, black Friday/cyber Monday is kind of newsworthy if not much else happens.

        Yesterday on EBay I was so close to getting a $99 gen 2 Apple AirPod, it was in my cart but was sold out as I clicked the pay button.

        Haven’t managed to come anywhere close to that since.

        I think you used the coupon code suggested by the checkout which would have been 15% off, not the PLUSPS4 code which gets the $100 off. Suggest you cancel and re-order using the right code!

          The PLUSPS4 coupon wasn't working for the first couple of minutes so you must of entered the code and didn't realise the code wasn't active yet so the coupon PLATEAU (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/502279) was added instead automatically giving you a 15% discount on the $299 price which would bring it down to $254

    So speaking with a chat consultant and they acknowledge there was an issue with the promo code not working and they can see in the logs that I tried to use the correct code by eBay will not honour the advertised price.

    Typical eBay, no wonder they're going broke and no one likes them!!!!

        No apparently I when I tried to use the eBay provided code of PLUSPS4 the code was not working and I was charged the full $299.

        eBay are saying it's not their fault THEIR code didn't work and its my fault.

          Postage to VIC/NSW is free to most areas. SA/WA $18.95 postage. You can enter postcode in the postage section to see which areas are free.
