Another ebay promo code for you to enjoy/criticise.
2.Offer Period. This offer commences at 10.00 (AEDT) on 2 December 2019 and ends at 23.59 (AEDT) on 31 December 2019 (“Offer Period”).
3.Conditions. The offer entitles you to up to 15% off the purchase price (excluding postage costs) on all Eligible Items listed on www.ebay.com.au, up to a maximum discount of $500 per transaction. Multiple items may be purchased in up to 8 transactions (up to a maximum of 10 items per transaction). All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD).
4.‘Eligible Items’ means all items listed on eBay.com.au where these terms and conditions are found and the coupon redemption code PLATEAU is displayed in the item listing.
Mod Note: Appears to be replacing POW15. Same sellers - Allphones, The Gamesmen and Wireless1

I'm not here to criticise, only to see the price jack comments.
On a serious note, is there a way to search the code PLATEAU via a unique URL or something when it goes live? Browsing eligible items is not a fun experience.

That'll be too easy to get a good deal. Ebay wouldn't want that

This code replaces "POW15" and seems to only apply to eligible items at; The Gamesmen, Wireless1 and Allphones eBay.

If ebay added a search tick box option for 'eligible items' sales, I think alot of bargain hunters would be a hell of a lot happier about 'eligible item' sales.

hoping that eBay's 15% off sitewide goes live tmr as "planned"…
The original newsletter says, "From 3 to 7 December, we (ebay) are fully funding an onsite promotion for ebay Plus listings that meet our evolving criteria.
Guessing it will be for eligible items again.

EBay have really dropped the ball on these sales, very disappointing.

Tbh since ebay change to %discount ON eligible item, i never able to use those discount code. None of my item is on that Eligible list
it's so hard to find anything that's eligible, even some of the stuff on my watch list that is ebay plus is not accepting the coupon…

eBay failing hard with these black friday/cyber monday sales.
eBay pretty much previously always had a 5% off code for site wide and 10% off site wide came up once a month or so.
Now it's all this eligible junk.
C'mon eBay give us SOMETHING half decent for site wide purchases, today - last day of sales! They don't have to considering Amazon Australia is a flop, look at it EBay just praticaly promoting price jacking.

there's something to be said for amazon's simplicity, no reliance on coupons, just simple markdowns most of the time…the items i want are ebay plus but coupon does not work…
damn you're right, Amazon just display new price without having to enter any codes right
but their pricing fluctuates by the minute. And once they sell out, the listing is removed and it defaults to a marketplace seller. You can't reserve one from Amazon AU itself.

PLATEAU is the perfect word to describe eBay at the moment.
Do I sense some tongue in cheek? Jack's 2 favourite days of the year are black Friday and cyber Monday
Agreed.
I must say though, The Gamesmen eBay has had some pretty good deals the last few days. Kudos to them for not price jacking.
Havent found anything that even accepts the code that I would actually want to buy. The $500 discount is useless. It would actually be pretty good for some of the higher priced OLED TVs… if they accepted the code.
It's either sale that doesn't post to Australia (looking at you Bing Lee) or % Discount from sellers that doesn't exists.
Got the same message from the big eastern states stores, sometimes I wonder if WA has already seceded from Australia ;-)
Just off 3 stores?
Disgraceful. Topic deal should read "discount off 3 stores"
Neg because of lack of actual bargains and sufficient participating stores.

What is the cheapest way to get a Note 10+ in desperate need but dont want to pay a ridiculous price.
Tried on some items that I missed with pilgrim. Didn't work. Tried with some new items, didn't work. Lost the eligible item lottery. Negging due to bargains listed.
I do enjoy criticising
